Managing Ratings & Reviews

You can use the Product Reviews option to add a customer review feature to your products. This lets your customers engage with your business, as well as each other, to encourage sales.

Admin has the ability to control reviews and ratings.

 

To manage Ratings & Reviews,

  • Log in to Admin Dashboard,
  • Go to Dashboard > Stores > Edit any store > Click Ratings & Reviews.
