You may control your store's operating hours with Scheduled Store Timings. This function is useful if you want to pre-define your opening and closing hours so that you don't have to manually specify them each time.

Enable Automatic Scheduling :

• Go to Stores > Edit > Extras > Automatic Scheduling.

• To enable, click Update Store.

To get started with this, 

• Go to Stores > Edit > Scheduling . You'll see the below screen.

Single Slot : 

Add the opening and closing times by clicking Add Slot. 

Multiple Slot :

You can utilize many slots based on your business hours if you wish to close the store and reopen with breaks.

• To save, click Update Scheduling Data.
