Navigate to Admin Panel > Promotions > Coupon Code

• Click Add New Coupon to create a new coupon.

Coupon Name: The coupon's name. Example: 50% Discount

Coupon Description : Flat December - Christmas Sale 2022

Coupon Code : XMAS2022

Discount Type : 
Fixed Amount Discount - A discount will be applied to any predetermined amount.
Percentage Discount - If you set it to 50, a discount of 50 percent of the order value will be applied.

Expiry Date : The voucher will be valid for your Customer up to this date; after that, it will expire.

Coupon Applicable Stores : The stores to which this coupon can be applied can be chosen.

Max number of use in total : How many times may this coupon be used by your user or customer?

Min Subtotal : The minimum subtotal needed to redeem this coupon.

Subtotal not reached message : You can display this message content when a customer tries to apply coupon when your min subtotal is not reached.
(Example : You need at least $50 as cart value to apply this coupon)

Coupon User Type :
1. Unlimited times for all users. - Your customer can use it as many times as he want.
2. Once for new user for first order. Only new users who are placing their first order are eligible.

3. Once per user. - Any Customer can apply only once.
4. Define custom limit per user. - You can specify how many times a customer may use this coupon by using this option. For instance, if you set it to 5, then each consumer is only permitted to use the coupon five times.

Is Active? -To activate this coupon, enable.

Store coupon cost in percentage :

Set it to 0   -  Admin will bear 100% of the coupon amount.
Set it to 50  -  Admin will bear 50% and Store Owner will bear 50% of the coupon amount.
Set it to 70  -  Admin will bear 30% and Store Owner will bear 70% of the coupon amount.
Set it to 100 -  Admin will bear 0% of the coupon amount.
